Ă–mer Benli is Associate Dean in the College of Business Administration and Professor in the Department of Information Systems at California State University, Long Beach.

Teaching Interests: In addition to teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in College of Business Administration, he is associated with the Joint Doctoral Program of College of Engineering with CGU, and the Global Logistics Graduate Program in Department of Economics.

Research Interests: His areas of research interest are logic-based methods in optimization and analysis & design of supply chain & logistics systems. He has extensive applied research experience in both industry and governmental organizations. His recent work includes projects for Strategic Mobility-21, California Transportation and Logistics Institute, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and Institute for High Performance Planning.
