Currently Associate Dean for Accreditation and Professor of Marketing. I have published research in several top journals, including Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research and Journal of Retailing. I have co-authored a Marketing Research textbook that is currently being revised for a second edition to be published in 2010. My research has been cited more than 850 times in scholarly publications.
