Melody Kiang

Dr. Kiang received her M.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (1987), and her Ph.D. from the University of Texas, Austin (1991). She was an Associate Professor at Arizona State University (1991-1999). Dr. Kiang has published papers in Information System Research (ISR), Management Science (MS), IEEE Transactions on SMC, Decision Support Systems, and other professional journals. She is an associate editor of Decision Support Systems and co-editor in Chief of the Journal of Electronic Commerce Research "http://www.jecr.org".

Teaching Interests: Qualitative Analysis and Statistical Decision Making, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, System analysis and Design, C# Programming, Database Management Systems.

Research Interests: Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, E-Commerce Research and Applications, Data Mining, Decision Support Systems.
