My research has appeared in several top journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and Journal of Applied Social Psychology. Two recent articles were awarded Outstanding Paper at the Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence (2006, 2008).
Teaching Interests: human resource management, organizational behavior, diversity in the workplace, and international human resource management
Research Interests: workplace diversity, attitudes, personality, equity, performance ratings, and international human resource issues
