Dr. Yur-Austin graduated with an undergraduate degree in International Trade from the National Taiwan University and received her Ph.D. from University of California, Irvine. Dr. Yur-Austin has served on the ad-hoc editorial boards of the Journal of Electronic Commerce Research and Review Accounting and Finance.
Teaching Interests: Seminar in Financial Management (Harvard Business School Case Studies), Intermediate Financial Management, Investment Principles and Securities Analyses.
Research Interests: • Empirical research of financial distress, insider trading, applied corporate finance. • Performance measurement in U.S. market vs. Emerging markets. • Economic modeling of Asian economic issues.
