Dr. Chen is an assistant professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management. His current research involves use of revenue management tools to improve a firm’s revenue. Before joining in Management/HRM department at CSULB, he has taught at University of Maryland and worked as a traffic engineer at a consulting firm.
Teaching Interests: Operations management, supply chain management, decision analysis, service management, revenue management, and simulation.
Research Interests: Supply chain management, dynamic pricing and revenue management, simulation.
