Dr. Pernet Featured in Los Angeles Times

Dr. Bruno Pernet, a professor in the Biological Sciences Department, is featured the Science section of the Los Angeles Times in an article titled "One obsession begets another: A biologist yearns to discover the secrets of Watts Towers' shells." Dr. Pernet talks about his goal to identify the shells embedded in the Watts Tower, a sculpture in South Los Angeles designated as a national historic landmark.
