The Engineering Summer program is designed to engage middle and high school students in a wide range of engineering projects that are educational and enjoyable at the same time. Students will participate in interactive and hands-on learning experience through field trips, field observations, interactive computer labs and activities, as well as, discussions and presentations. In addition, the program aims at providing the participants an understanding of the preparations needed for successful entry to higher education and exposure to campus life.
Middle School or High School | Electronics Summer Camp
This one-week summer camp introduces middle school and high school students to electronics. Students learn electrical concepts, components of a microprocessor, and learn code to program them. They have the opportunity to build and program their own electronic circuits from scratch and compete with other students in the program. Students gain valuable insight on Electrical Engineering and learn vital skills for the future. Summer Camp requires a daily commute to CSULB and a fee of $100, made payable to CSULB Foundation.
