Antelope Valley Program

Complete your degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering in just 2 ½ years. Designed for students who’ve completed two years of coursework at a community college or another university, the program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET. Degrees are awarded by the CSULB College of Engineering.

Students enjoy internship opportunities and long-term employment at the Air Force Research Lab, Air Force Test Center, NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, Northrop Grumman, and other aerospace organizations.

Students proceed as a group with an emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and internships with local companies and organizations. Students complete 68 units of junior and senior level engineering, capstone General Education, and math coursework. Classes take place at the Lancaster University Center, 45356 Division St. in Lancaster, Calif. The program is led by Executive Director Khalil Dajani.

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Degree Completion)

This cohort-based program, offered through the College of Engineering and the College of Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE), lets upper-division transfer students complete their degrees at facilities in the Antelope Valley. It is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.

Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Degree Completion)

This cohort-based program, offered through the College of Engineering and College of Continuing and Professional Education (CCPE), lets upper-division transfer students complete their Mechanical Engineering degrees at facilities in the Antelope Valley. It is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
