Key Dates: 2017-2018 CED Scholarships Cycle
Online Application Opens: Tuesday, November 1, 2017
Application Deadline: Wednesday, February 15, 2018
Award Notifications: By the first week of May 2018
Award Disbursements: Scholarship awards are typically dispersed via the Financial Aid Office at the start of the Fall Semester. Some awards disperse both Fall and Spring Semesters and others are contingent on the candidate continuing to meet scholarship eligibility criteria; these awards may be dispersed the 5th week of the semester when course enrollment can be verified. Award letters contain detailed dispersement information relative to scholarships received.
Minimum Award Criteria
While some scholarship awards have more competitive GPA and enrollment standards, the following are the minimum academic requirements for College of Education scholarships:
Enrollment as a matriculated student in a College of Education academic program
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Only students who will be matriculated and enrolled in a program of study in the College of Education in the academic year in which they will receive the scholarship are eligible to apply. If you are currently applying to a program, you must submit your CSU Mentor application by the scholarship deadline to be considered for scholarships.

It is the applicant's responsibility to contact the Center for Scholarship Information at firstname.lastname@example.org if your name changes after the online application is submitted. If you do not request the name change, it could delay review of your application and/or receipt of scholarship funds.
