Freeman Asia Scholarships

Eligibility: Undergraduates only (graduating seniors may not apply); currently receiving financial aid or have verifiable need for financial assistance.

Award: $3000; $5,000; $7,000 for 1 year.

Deadlines Feb - summer, Mar - fall/year, Oct  – spring

National Security Education Program

Eligibility: For Language Study, undergraduate & graduate

Award: Up to $8,000/ semester Deadlines: Late January   

Other:  Must seek employment with the federal government within 8 years of program completion.

Gilman International Scholarship

Eligibility: Must be receiving a federal Pell Grant

Award: $5,000

Also a new $3,000 Critical Need Language Supplement (in additioan to $5000) available to students studying a critical needs language.

Deadlines: October for spring programs, March/April for fall and academic year.
