• Heuristic and guideline evaluation
• User test

• There are different ways to evaluate usability, but you should always start with determining the main tasks users will use the product for.
• After finding the main user tasks, there are several ways to evaluate usability - These are technical terms used in the usability field so just bear with me and I’ll explain them in the next few slides.
