Doug: We want our webpages too.
Deborah: The reason the VPAT comes along with 508 is because that's what the industry offered, but there's nothing legally that holds us to having to settle with how this format is and what this process is. And I think alot of people don't understand that.
Doug: Right, the whole thing is voluntary. I would say that it's sort of a good effort if someone's willing to do a VPAT and it comes out well, but, on the other hand, many smaller companies may have many good products, but just don't have the manpower to do a really decent VPAT.
