Penny: I think the question that is coming out of this is, how will our buyers know how to test this, since they aren't active users of assistive technology?
Doug: This is a difficult one.
Doug: Basically, you have to run the program and, basically observe the controls, I believe. As you have. You've seen things change when you didn't expect them to. Hopefully, some better guidelines will come out of this. This one refers specifically to bitmap images, not so much button images. What you're talking about though is the method changes.
Penny: Yes, the navigation.
Doug: Yes.
Penny: If I can't see the bitmap images, it doesn't help me. Navigation seems to be my bigger issues in working with vendors.
Doug: Sometimes there is no good answer, yet, except to be on the vendors.
