Research and Evaluation Introduction The Research and Evaluation Team applies social science methodologies to support policy making, program evaluation, service delivery, and program management, focusing on the following areas:
This emphasis reflects the Center's commitment to helping public-sector policy managers improve the quality of the programs they fund and administer. Team staff has an extensive range of expertise and skills, including process and outcome evaluation, survey design and data collection, focus group management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, statistical analysis, technical writing and report preparation, and technical assistance and training. Additionally, Center staff has extensive field experience working with State and local government program administrators and staff to provide technical assistance on these issues. |
