What if my ID card is lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen call the ID Card Services Office immediately at (562) 985-7388. The university is not responsible for the use of lost or stolen cards prior to receiving a phone call to report the loss or by filing a missing card report in the ID Card Office.

Is there a cost to replace my ID card?

Yes, there is a $5.00 fee for lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Where can I make a deposit to my Beachclub account?

Visit the ID Card Services Office to make a deposit of any amount using cash, check, money order or major credit card. You may also make deposits in increments of $1, $5, $10, or $20 at Value Transfer Machines (VTS). Please see Beach Club section for more information.

What if I found an ID Card?
