Located on the north-end of the University Dining Plaza, The Chartroom is proud to offer the only “all-you-can-eat” buffet on campus, every day of the week! Executive Chef Jim Cacciatore and Chef Ambrocia Ramirez developed a delicious menu that includes: juicy meats, fish, vegetarian entrees, homemade soups, a fresh salad bar and desserts.
For your convenience, please check back regularly for a listing of daily menus. A limited a-la-carte menu is also available.
No reservations are required, but please call ahead for large parties. Private dining rooms are also available for your next meeting or special event. Business accounts are available for Faculty, Staff, and student organizations.
