The University Dining Plaza is located centrally to the campus on the path from Brotman Hall, up the hill, south toward the main campus library. Within one building you will find a wide array of foods that will satisfy just about any pallet or taste.

The Nugget Grill & Pub, the place for fun entertainment and great food. We open for breakfast with a full menu including eggs any way you like, omelets, waffles, pancakes, and French toast. Seattle’s Best coffee is brewing fresh and if you would like a little something extra we offer a full selection of lattes and espressos. Lunch offerings include burgers, fries, pizza, salads, and a daily lunch special. For entertainment we have a state of the art sound system supplying audio for LIVE MUSIC every Thursday as well as sporting events that are shown on 4 TV’s including our 12’ big screen.
