The Outpost is located between the Vivian Engineering Center and SPA buildings on the east side of the campus.

Each day we open with a selection of our own freshly baked pastries as well as a compliment of favorites from local suppliers, Starbucks® Coffee, and a variety of grab’n’go items. If you have a little more time, and want something special, you can order directly from our short order grill.

Our full menu includes hamburgers made with your choice of beef or turkey, hot and cold sandwiches, and salads. Each day we also feature a Daily Special which includes a full entrée and drink.
