BeachBoard 2018 will launch in January. This much needed update brings a complete visual overhaul that addresses the top two concerns we hear from faculty and students. For instructors, there will be more efficient grading workflows. And for students, there will be a mobile-friendly view that works great on screens of all sizes.
Most classes will update seamlessly. However; just in case ATS staff will be working hard this summer to catch any bugs or errors that pop up with the new BeachBoard 2018 look. In addition, ATS staff will be updating training materials to have expanded options available in the Fall. Everyone will be able to preview BeachBoard changes during the Fall semester before any changes are rolled out to active classes.
We see this as an opportunity to address your concerns with BeachBoard. We have prepared two very brief surveys for you to tell us what you like and don’t like about BeachBoard. There is one for instructors and one for students. Additionally, we are hosting a series of focus groups for faculty and students.
Please take a quick moment to fill out a faculty or student survey. If you have more time to provide feedback, please join us for a focus group where we will preview the new look and feel of BeachBoard and note your concerns so we can make this the best update yet.
