My name is Jeannine Ho and this is myBeach Experience…
Beaing at the Beach has been an AMAzing experience. I regret not getting involved with organizations during freshman year. I have learned so much about myself and about life throughout the years at the Beach. The friendships I have created are forever long lasting and became a family I can always count on. My Beach experience is unforgettable and precious. Thanks to the Beach I have grown to become a better individual and learned that life goes on and let the good times role.
I honestly had no idea where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do.I chose CSULB because of the short commute and it became on of the best decisions I ever made. Getting to CSULB was easy, leaving CSULB wil be hard.
The opportunities are endless and I wish there was more time to experience everything CSULB has to offer. The opportunities I endured have shaped who I am today and who I will be in the future. The skills, knowledge, firendships, experience, mentality, strength, gratitude, love, respect, to name a few, are the things in which CSULB has given me because of my involvement. I continue to take each opportunity that comes my way because of the benefits. It all started with the American Marketing Association and the endless benefits the organization offers.
My career path continues after the Beach.I hope to get involved with the community, especially non-profits. At this level, I plan to give back as much as I can and make a difference in someone else's life. I hope to get involved in event planning and coordination. My main goal in life is to be an event planner for a non-profit and create growth for the company. Keeping connected to the Beach and becomign an active Alumnus is a definite. Giving back to the community is one of the most important things I have learned and plan to continue. Where I go and what I do after graduation is a mystery, but I am sure that with the experiences I had with CSULB, it will take me farther than I could ever imagine.
