January 1, marked the end of LBSC's infant stages because the first permanent buildings were occupied after two years of the construction in progress.
The Little Theatre was inaugurated with a presentation of "The Corn Is Green".
The buildings of the Campus on the Hill were dedicated in the Little Theatre. These buildings included the then "Little Theatre", the library, and classrooms building, (currently the Language Arts buildings).
A football team commences under the Coach Mike Delotto. He prepares his eager players for their first upcoming season in the fall.
