1953, LBSC Seal
LBSC began offering lower division classes, and admitted the first class of freshman and sophomore students. The freshman class consisted of 114 students.
Enrollment reached over 2,200 full-time students.
Construction of permanent buildings continued for the Language Art buildings, Fine Arts buildings, the Library, and the Little Theatre.
