California State University, Long Beach has begun a new tradition for a very special group of our alumni… our golden graduates! These alumni graduated 50 or more years ago and helped build the foundation of what our university has become today. We hope you enjoy perusing this site as we honor our golden graduates and celebrate the history of Long Beach State College.
All graduates, faculty, staff and friends from 1950-1961 are invited to the 2011 Golden Graduates Celebration during Homecoming Week. It will be an opportunity for all to reconnect with friends and take a nostalgic trip back to the days of Long Beach State College. The Class of 1961 will gather for its 50th reunion and induction into the Golden Graduate Society.
In addition, join your fellow alumni for a day of activities on Homecoming Day before the big game!
