Concerts in the Grove

Concerts in the GroveCelebrating 33 years of entertainment! Concerts in the Grove is a CSULB Alumni Association fundraiser organized by alumni volunteers. Past concertgoers know the four Saturday night series as a casual, fun and lively evening of great entertainment in an outdoor setting. Our concert series sells out quickly, so we encourage you to respond early to get the best seats. Bring your favorite eats to enjoy before the performances. For your convenience, alcoholic beverages* will be available for purchase at concessions.

A popular Concerts in the Grove pastime is the raffle drawing for donated gifts from local merchants. Just a few of the past prizes have included: $100 savings bond; tickets to Dodger games; DVD player; cruises around the Long Beach harbor; two-night accommodations at fine hotels; and gift certificates to acclaimed local restaurants.

All proceeds from Concerts in the Grove help to finance CSULB's emergency student loans, campus grants to worthy programs, student scholarships and numerous alumni programs throughout the year. Thanks to community generosity, the number of grants and available dollars has steadily grown, and Concerts in the Grove continues its commitment to support the university's educational programs of excellence.
