INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRINTING YOUR PDF BOOK FILE

==> To print out a copy of this book (at minimal cost)  by printing 2 book pages per 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper (in sequential order).

    1. Click on the downloaded file, which will open it in Adobe Reader.

    2. While in Adobe, click on "Print."

    3. When the Print dialog window opens, select the following options:

        a.  For "Page Scaling" select "multiple pages per sheet"

        b.  For "Pages per sheet" select  "2"

        c.  For "Order" select "Horizontal"

        d.  Put a check in the box labled "auto-rotate pages"

(If later versions of Adobe change the instructions, try to adapt these to the later Adobe version).

Note:  Do NOT select print as a booklet, because it will print the pages in a very complex numerical order that must be assembled like an actual book.
