How to Apply

Text Box: Pro-Health is located in the Department of Psychology at California State University, Long Beach. We provide opportunities for clinical research training at the graduate level, through our department’s Master of Arts-Research (MAR) program, or at the undergraduate level by applying for Independent Research credit (PSY 499). There are many research opportunities for students interested in learning how to develop new health research projects, how to collect and analyze data, and how to write research findings for publication and/or presentation. Our research is made possible by the wonderful contribution of our staff members, students, research volunteers, and partnerships with community organizations. If you are interested in the field of Health Psychology and would like to volunteer to be a member of PRO-Health, please mail or email your CV/resume, your student transcript, contact information for three people who can serve as references, and our application form to: Guido Urizar, Ph.D.
