    Associated Student senators started questioning where their representation for the student body begins and ends Wednesday, as a resolution chastising the United States’ handling of the Iraq war and its detriment to higher education was introduced.

    Associated Students Judiciary heard rebuttals and closing statements for former ASI Sen. Uduak-Joe Ntuk’s suit against ASI.

  • CSULB begins searching for new permanent provost
    The search is on for a new provost at Cal State Long Beach to replace Gary Reichard, who resigned in February after being appointed as executive vice chancellor and chief academic officer of the Cal State University System.

  • Black Clouds Tour full of dance, rock
    The formula is simple. Take three of the hottest bands from MTV, get a couple of hot up-and-coming bands to open, grab some big corporate sponsors, and sell out arenas nationwide.



  • ‘Jukebox’ music series harmoniously orchestrated
    While typical minimalist music may often be associated with simplistic, repetitive melodies and a limited number of instruments used in a piece, the final performance of the Minimalist Jukebox series by the Los Angeles Philharmonic transcended listeners into a euphoric state of bliss that only the most powerful music can hope to obtain.
