Several South Asian diplomats met Wednesday

Bush must appease Arab nations or face consequences
Crown Price Abdullah of Saudi Arabia has met with President
Bush Thursday at the president's Texas ranch. Abdullah's
visit and disapproval of the United States' support of
Israel shows that Arab nations that were once close allied
with the United States may be walking away.

Saturday doesn't damper accomplishments
The Long Beach State women's water polo run toward the
NCAA Final Four ended Saturday with a loss to Stanford
at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships,
but the weekend was far from a disappointment.
