General Paper Requirements



 
 
 
 
Paper submissions addressing any aspect of the conference are welcome from both Ph.D.s and Graduate/Advanced Undergraduate students.  Postmark deadline for submissions is January 25th 2002.  All papers are blind reviewed.  Author's name, institution or references pertaining to the identity of the author should be omitted from the paper, abstract, notes and bibliography.  Submitted papers can not be returned to authors.  Accepted papers are candidates for possible publication in either The Journal of Experimental and Theoretic Artificial Intelligence or Mind and Brain.

 


There will be a $100 for best graduate/undergraduate paper
submitted to the conference.
Graduate papers will be published as part of an on-line volume.



 
 
 
 
 
To Submit Papers Send:

1.) 3 copies of the paper.
2.) 3 copies of the abstract.
3.) Colloquium papers are limited to 3000 words.
4.) Abstracts for colloquium papers are limited to 150 words.
5.) Title or cover page must include:
        a) word counts for all papers and abstracts;
        b) author's contact information; and
6.) Papers and abstracts must be typed on one side of page, double spaced, 1 inch
margins on all sides, all pages numbered, 10-12 pt. font.
7.) No more than one submission by the same author will be considered.
8.) Include a self addressed stamped envelope if you wish the receipt of your paper to be
acknowledged.
9.)Any paper which is under consideration for publication elsewhere will be not considered.
10.) Papers are not accepted by e-mail.
